How to insert skin from Hiveworkshop?

I recently start to download some skins for the scarlet crusade but I don't know how to use or enter them :/ . Any help , if I need an app or a special command , thank you ^^ .

go back to the page from where you downloaded the model, scroll down a little there is a small link which says "How to import this model", you'll find everything there
