how to Edit spell Size

I want To ask how to edit the size of spell like Frost nova spell because The ice (The ice is appear when we use Frost nova spell) From frost nova is so small So i want To make it bigger (notice : no Area of efect i mean but the size )

Any one know how to edit it ?
