Yeah, that's what I asked 'cuz I'm making a model and I know to create only one animation. And how to export them to War3? I tried my Fire Barrier(coming soon)to export with an animation but the anim doesn't play in War3. Can anyone help me? PLEASE!!!

You have to make all your sequences on the timeline with a gap of a few frames. Then, while finalising the MDL, you define the sequences as part of the header. Sequences must not overlap in any way.

Or you use Magos' Model Editor to import the MS3D and risk losing half your keyframes for no apparent reason. Or the animations might enexplainedly not play in Warcraft. It suffices, most of the time.

A note on keyframes: Divide by 24 then multiply by 1000, ignore digits after the point. Milkshape uses 24 fps; warcraft uses 1000fps. Gotta convert.
