How to change the language of Wc3 ?

I want to play warcraft 3 in English or in Spanish but i don't know how to change the settings. Is there a tool or a manipulation (hope it's the right word) that can help me ?

i thinkk you have to buy the game in a nother country or something like that. which language version do you have, may i ask?

Isnt it possible to find an image of an original english wc3 cd at the internet?

If it is, just download it, install and use your own cd-key

And I must precise that I want spanish version only (finally ^^, there is already enough english maps etc... on bnet ).
