the title says it all,i know its possible since iv seen it in many maps..example..Notice:Event will start soon.i already know how to make game-text in trigger..but not the colour..

etc...
Each colour has a code.
There is a program here which gives you the code for each colour, check out Tools section.

To create a string colorizer, you must have a I2Hex function, then a color will be formed by the following sequence:
"|c" + alpha + red + green + blue

so for example:
"|c00FF00FF" = Magenta with 0% transparency
"|c00FFFF00" = Yellow with 0% transparency
"|c0000FF00" = Cyan with 0% transparency.
