how do you change the height a unit flies at?
How do you reduce the time it takes for the seige tank to change into the seige mode?

To change the height it flies at, just modify its Height field in the Units tab.
To change the time it takes a siege tank to morph time, go to the Ability and modify the Durations in the Ability - Info+ field.
