How to change building/birth animation?

How can I chance the birth animation for a building?
Sample Building: Metropolis (Highborne)

How can I change it to the undead building birth?

The easiest way would be editing the model. Or you could use a dummy building that has the undead birth animation and replace it with the new one after the construction is complete.
