      • Unit - Create 1 creepType[(Random integer number between 1 and 5)] for {Player} at tempLoc facing 0.00 degrees
      • Custom script: call RemoveLocation(udg_tempLoc)
Something like that is what you asked (every 60 seconds a random creep from a list you previously set up).

Variables:
Unit-type array "creepType"
Point "tempLoc"

What's the difference? All he has to do is preset creeps where he wants (even groups) and they'll be revived each 60 seconds.
I'm not sure if that's what he wants, but nothing else comes to my mind (though ap0c's solution might be right too) considering he's saying 'random natural creep'.
