How Exactly do I use new gen?

So i just installed new gen, but i cant make a 480x480 map, nor can I add as many tiles as WEU allows, would anyone mind telling me how, and maybe a few other things i may need to know when using newgen?

Did you go to "UMSWE" category to "Enable UMSWE" and Grimoire category the "Enable no limits"?

i did it but i still cant do anything
