How do you make water like this pic.

Hey in my map my friend created this but he is just being annoying by not telling me how he created the water like this I ask and Ask and hes like "No I will neva tell you." And Its pissing me off so can someone tell me how?

#1 Use one of the water cliff brushes in an area
#2 Use the same level cliff brush and reraise the terrain
#3 Use the lower brush on the area filled with water
#4 Finished

in Ultimate terrain map just lower the terrain

You enable the water flag at those veticies and then lower the terrain height below the water height. You keep all cliff levels the same or use ramp flags to make it not generate blizzard cliffs..
