How do you make item shops?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to create item shops or post a link to a tutorial (I looked and I couldn't find a tutorial here regarding how to create item shops)

Also while not as important because I'm pretty sure I'll have it figured out shortly a tutorial on how to make hero abilities with several levels would be greatly appreciated (could have sworn there was already a tutorial for this here but I cant seem to find it)
