If you are bored to look to the tutorial .. look this--->

You will find skins Only in that type of file =.blp
LEts give an example.. your skin is RIfleman
so you have to Import your skin AT the exact wc3 path .. in the case you want to import a rifleman skin you have to import your skin to ==units\human\rifleman\rifleman.blp== HOw to do this? just click on the imported skin .. then USE custom path and type ==units\human... THis is the path of Rifleman
THIs example is for RIfleman Only .. i hope you understand!

You are going to need some Usefool tools like Wc3 Image extractor(reads the mpq+saves TGA-->Blp) where you are going to find HERE--> http://www.hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/tools/347/

TIp YOu will find most Paths for units-heroes to textures
