How do you do the "fire weapon" spell again? >.

If anybody knows how to make the "fire weapon" spell, please tell me what base spell I should use, what triggers, or whatever I need to do. I forget how it was done, oh so long ago in the many counterstrikes and mock FPS shooter games. If you don't know what I'm talking about.. Counterstrike 0.06 ( by DisposableHero, my alias ), Counterstrike: Assault, and the new brew Elimination Tournament.
