1)Open World Editor
2)Open Whatever map you have that you want the skin in
3)Open the import manager
4)Click import file
6)Find the skin in whatever folder you saved it in and open it
7)Right click on the skin in the import manager
8)Click modify file properties
Now there in the box that came up it will say the

File Name:
Type:
Size:
File Path:

Below File Path it will have a check box that says Use Custom Path
9)Check it
You will then be able to change the File Path.
Depending on what model the skins for it will have a different file path.
EX. a skin for a demon hunter would be Textures\Herodemonhunter.blp
10)Change the file path to the match the corresponding unit
11)Save your map
12)Close World Editor
13)Open World Editor and open your map
14)Any unit that the imported skin is for will now look like the have the skin
EX. all demon hunters will look like the skin

I think this is how its done though I've only imported a few skins. If U have any trouble just say, but like I said I have only imported a few skins.
