WOW! How did you end up in the Off Topic with that one? A'ight, welcome to Wc3search first off (seing that this was your first post) Anywho, pop questions about subjects in the subjects respective forum (kk, everyone gotta gosip at some point in the off topics, so chance is your topic is gonna get moved fully automatic, is pretty big - but still) A'ight, the 3 announcements and 3 sticky thingie in the Skins Forum (just scroll down from the wc3sear.ch/index.php page, you'll see it) are worth reading aso. asf. I'm not a skinner, but the people down in skins forum, are, and they be sure to help

you gotta download a couple of tools, you need a paint program,

first of all, you download wc3 viewer in the tool section
, open a model, convert it to tga using wc3 viewer

open the model with photoshop, paint it up however you like it
save it as a tga file
open wc3 viewer, convert the new skin to bmp
, I explained this really quick and it isnt very detailed, but if you are computer smart you should get it real easy

if you got it, no problem, if you didnt, pm me,
