How Do I Post A Map?

I have been trying to post a map. And the map size is 4.5 mb. But I do not know how to post a map correctly and ended up posted a blank 1kb map. Someone please help me!

Logg in and look to the TOP RIGHT!

And you will see this

You know that 4.5 mb is super-huge, don't you? It's too large to be played as a multiplayer map on b.net simply due to size restrictions.

Then i'll add this: 4mgb is max size for B.Net maps (make it 3.9 or less
