How do I make an illusion?

As the title says, how do i make an Illusion?
In World Editor, there's only two way to do that. One is using Mirror Image and the other one is using Wand Of Illusion. That's all I know. Mirror Image is a no way because it'll create illusions for the owner of the caster only. What I need is an ability that can create anyone's illusion for the caster.
My only choice is to use Wand Of Illusion but I can't use dummy to cast it or probably I just don't know how.

Any help is appreciated.

You can either give the dummy a modified wand of illusion, and have it use that item on your target, or give the dummy the ability with an appropriate order string which you can then call during triggers.

The first one seems to solve my problem but I would like to know how the second option works. How do I give the dummy an appropriate order string of the ability? And how do I call it later?

custom script. im not gui master, im fully on pure jass.

well then, mind showing me how to order my dummy with the orderstring you just provided in vanilla jass?

call IssueTargetOrderById(dummy, 852274, source)
