How do I make A different icon for the map

can i change the icon of map in world editor.
plz tell how and also how to change backround of loading screen

There's a nice "search" function, also there're tutorials if you look at the top of the page.

About icon, do you mean minimap picture? If so, make a 256x256 picture in .blp format, import it in your map and rename to war3mapPreview.blp.
