Cinematic! Please listen carefully and read this very fast. Or your reply will be the same as above.
------------------------------------------------
Use the following trigger actions:
Cinematic - Turn Cinematic Mode On (use this to hide the interface and enable units' portraits during transmission.
Player - Make (All players) treat (All players) as ally (so they will not fight, and order them to hold their positions. And also don't forget to hide all items from the map)
Visibility - Disable Fog of War (and disable Black Mask too, so you will do the below with no problems)
Cinematic - Send transmission from unit (If there's no sound for your transmission, then you got to type a nuber in "wait" box inside the action, to hold the transmission and keep it for example until some actions occur)
------------------------------------------------
You got to mess with the camera really hardly before you'll make a respective cinematic. Enter "Camera" Tool Palette and create a camera. Right-Click the camera in the list to view what can you do with it. Double Left-Click to view it. So you right-click it and edit it. There you check the box there... Edit any field and click on some other while box is checked, and it will preview your camera. That way you check all field what they do... might take some time. Use:
Camera - Apply Camera Object (to jump from one camera to other) (it views cameras)
You may use "Camera - Set Camera Target" to customize camera's view during the game, for example if you are too lazy to create a camera object and use it in triggers.

Good Luck, World Editorer!

Once apon a time in a land called the Hive, many foolish peasants needed help with their maps and so posted threads in the World Editor Help Zone so the more experienced members could give them a hand. The peasants, as the members of the Hive were very helpful and found an answer for mostly every problem, grew more and more ignorant of questions that were already answered. But one day, the experienced members stopped helping the peasants because they were sick of their ignorance.

Moral of the story: USE THE SEARCH BUTTON.
