How do I change a thread name

I have an thread for a project called "Armies of Strife (placeholder name)" and whould like to change it to "Warcraft 3: Ages of Change (Altered Melee)". How do I do that?

You can't. You can ask a moderator to do it though.

So what I just find a random moderator and send hi a PM? Or should I look for the sub-forums moderator? If yes, how do I find out who the moderator for Map Development is?
