How can you remove the channeling of spells like blizzard ?

I think u cant remove it. U can only make a dummy to cast it for u so ur hero will still moveable and the spell can still be casted.

how can i make dummy units, i have no knowledge about triggers

Note: For the Unit Indexer trigger, u can import it to ur map or leave it out. If u leave it out, change all the variable which I create as array to non-array variables. Unit Indexer only need when there are 2 or more unit casting an ability at a same time.
