To remove all floating text you could just abuse the unsafe type casting exploits that still remain and destroy all 100 floating text handles. A more robust way (as they may eventually fix it with the rerelease of WC3) is to save each floating text in a list as you make it and then iterate through that list destroying all text and removing it from the list.
I think you can get X/Y of screen but that would need synchronization which would add latency so destroying all floating text on screen might not be immediate and efficient as you would like.
