how can i make this picture into a 3d model for WC3 that has animations and everything?
And can someone make it into a model?

well you either need 3ds max 5 which is 3000 bucks and good luck trying to get your hands on such a old copy.. or theres milkshape that costs 25 bucks thats pretty good for wc3. then theres the completely free oinkerwinkle vertex modify programs. But if you are requesting this this really should be in the request forum.
