[Trigger] How can I make Chain Lightning jump only in units that has specific buff ?

Is it possible to make Chain Lightning jump only in units that has specific buff ?

In my case there's an "Water Missile" that is thrown at units and gives them an debuff, that makes them more vulnerable to lightning attacks so I want to make them more succetible to Chain Lightning (let's say priorize them in front of "non debuffed" units).

It is possible. Must be triggered, however.
In case you don't know, this tutorial can be helpful (It is not MUI though, would be even better if you could make it MUI), check whether the units have such buff or not.
