How can I make an last created selling build select the hero instantly?

How can I make an last created dummy neutral building select a hero (Select Hero) as it spawns? There is an 2-3 seconds delay for the automatic select after it is created, any ways to avoid it and make it instant in the moment it is created ?
PS: I could't find the "Issue Order" for this action (Select Hero)

You mean you don't find 'Add selection to unit"?
Why not a unit finish construction then Select Hero?

He's not talking about that kind of selection. He's talking about the "Select Hero/Unit" ability.

I think it's impossible, but I may be wrong.

Oh my bad. I though he mean the selection. But as you said it will take a short time to activate perhaps it had something to do with the configuration maybe? I dont know...
