[Trigger] How can i detect critical strike??

Hello. i need to detect critical hit (ability critical strike) by trigger and do any actions. It is possible?

You can't.

The only way is to write an artificial critical strike with jass.

You can using jass but you have to know about the damage the unit normally would do. Easiest way is to emulate critical strike with jass though.
