[Spell] how can i create a water spell

i am working on a custom spellcaster that have multiple elements including water but i cant find any water spells. is there a way to create one.

No, it was not rude and Ahotnik001 provides a direct solution to your description. You say your problem is that you do not know of any water spells, Ahotnik001 shows you some.

I do acknowledge that you have also asked for a way to create water spells yourself but what is anyone supposed to reply there? We cannot derive what possibly could hamper you on this task from the given information. It's much too general.

warcraft 3 doesnt have any water spells, so i have to create one from a different spell. there isnt however any usable effects so i need a link to download that. please help me out.

Water Elemental, Monsoon, Crushing Wave, Cloud, Refill life and mana (nightelf moonwell), Submerge

There are not many liquid watery sfx models in wc3, that is correct. If you do not mind, you can add the frost/ice ones.

Hive however offers some models.
