Hosting Problems

I don't think there is man. I've tried everything there is for hosting, and it just doesn't work for some routers. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do, if you've tried it all here and you still can't host, we can't help you. I can't host either so I know how you feel ;)

Problems in hosting games on wc3b.net?

What I've been told is that you need to turn your firewall off via the Control Panel, and you can turn the firewall back on when not playing on battle.net (if you have firewall, that is).

Works for me. ;)

Guess that makes two of us, then.

Off-topic: One of the most commonly hosted maps is DotA (which is THE most rigged one I've ever played). Spells, as one such guy on another site said, are just simple.

On-topic: I've also heard from my clan chief that you need forward port (I've, unfortunately, been unable to figure out what to do for that).

Well my problem for hosting was actualy my nat (lol screws up playing bfme2 online as well :)) So I just have to turn it off whenever I want to host a map. Problem is that because whenever I want to host someone else is usualy using internet so I can't turn it off :(
