Horrible Portrait PROBLEM

Hi ive imported some models and after i attach them to a unit, the skins everything is great but the portrait wont work!!! at all even if i use the portrait of a unit that already exist it appears as a little flickery greenish light thingy in the game as the portrait please help me :x

Oh yeah, that's just the best information to debug with in the world! Its up there with "Blah blah". So much information contained in those words, I can barely take it!

ITS LIKE WHEN YOU DONT HAVE A PORTRAIT FOR A FILE AND IT EITHER LOOKS AT THE MODEL FROM DIFFERENT PLACES OR IT JUST DOESNT DISPLAY AND THERE IS A GREEN FOGGY LIKE THING GOIN ON but yeah sometimes the portraits wont work
