I think : more reports = more severe effect/punishment or more chance for punishment
Consider 1 thread reported 7 times then that means something VERY serious is going in, and so many people dislike it.

Anyway, we should stop posting unnecessary stuffs here cuz the thread might become a "Spam Thread".
