Hiding a spells art icon

How do you make it so that a spells icon does not appear after learning that spell? For example, I have a trigger that makes it so that when you learn spell X your hero automatically is given and learns endurance aura, devotion aura, unholy aura, and one other. What I want to happen is that you get the buffs from all these auras, but you do not see the all the aura's icons like you normally would after learning a spell.

Add a spellbook with all auras to the hero and hide it (Disable Spellbook)
