This model is a simple effect models. I only rename it's sequence "Attack-1" to "Death", and change a bit of Material. You could set the 'targetArt' option of the 'Asph' skill to the model, and you will get a TaurenChieftain's soul that follows and attacks alongside you without any trigger.

You should fix the Death animation and also optimize the model (this tool and twilac-Retera's Model Studio can help)
