Story Line:
After the rise of criminals through the land, many desired fame and fortune by catching law breakers. Everyone sent out alone to play "superhero." Except no one had ever fought crime before, and was mostly guessing as they went along. This caused a multitude of problems. The government hired an architect named Jasper to establish a course to be a test. This challenge would permit you to be a hero. But it was very risky; those who entered never came back out... You have entered the frightening test, good luck.

Lol, did you read the last part of the description? Author explains the username problem:
Created by DV; Uploaded by Insane Co.: D.V. and Insane Co mean the same person. D.V. is too short to be my username, so I put Insane Co instead. I'm not stealing someone's maps.
The map is simple, and the description is simple and present: it passes, as 'simple' as that.
Gameplay
Verdict
This is just a map with a bunch of creeps thrown in randomly: the heroes are not very original and the gameplay is bland/familiar (familiar as in, you combat melee creeps in the normal melee games, how is this any different – it isn't meant to be a melee map though, in its defense). However, the map lacks shops, hero risk vs reward (limited spell selection – they are just normal spells renamed with a different, 'fancified' description). This map fails to deliver.
Terrain
Verdict
The terrain consists mostly of 1-tile-themed "regions" that are crowded by masses upon masses of one doodad (or two), and the overall map is very bland in terms of visuals. The terrain could definitely use some improvement and the overall setup isn't that pretty. Row upon row of creep-filled lanes is not a good execution of terrain mechanics.
Interface
Verdict
The map begins, you select your hero, and you have to manually pan to the starting region (annoying in any map). The map is not protected, and the location leaks were properly handled. There were some player groups that could have been destroyed but they aren't that large of a concern. Some of the hero attacks had delay before sounds, and one hero threw houses for an attack – where the house animation stayed for a few seconds before being removed. The map is generally unappealing to the eye.
Replayability
Verdict
With all of the other elements of this game not meeting any real standards, the replayability lacks to an intense degree.
