heroes max lvl

i got a problem i cant understand how do you change the heroes max lvl if someone can help me ill be very happy javascript:emoticon('')

Go to "game constants" under the "advanced" tab in the world editor/ There, go to the hero section. There is an option called "hero max level." Just change that.
