Hero without xp

Hi my friends, My custom Hero is doesn't get any xp from battles . Why?

1. Is the enemy a Neutral Hostile?
2. Do you have any disable XP gain or set XP gain to 0 triggers?

if my hero's target is neutral hostile, my hero doesn't get any xp but if it's a player unit , my hero is get normal xp from killing the enemy.
for your second ask is I should say I still don't use any trigger.
