Hero Walk Through Units and Buildings Bug

Sometimes heroes on my Footmen map become able to walk through units and buildings, why is that ? its realy anoying! can someone tell me how to fix this bug or what it is ? thanks.

check the collision size of the heroes and the buildings. also check if the heroes are flying.
