We do not need anymore tooltip tools. There are already way to many as it is.

Yes, I understand yours creates formatted text specifically for heroes.

Though, it's fairly easy to do that without a tool, and you have more formatting options that way.

Please note that the generate button copies the plain text into your copy buffer and does not display a popup window or anything else of the sort.
