hero proper names

Hey, i would like to know if it is possible to change a heroes proper name to the substring the owner of the hero wrote, like "-name hero" made the heros name (not the class name showed in the xp bar) change to hero. Can someone help me?

Well as far as I know you cant do that, you can name the player the units name, but realy not naming the hero something in game...

Edit: You could if you want to make a flowting text above the unit with the name, but not eraly the same...

well that sucks, as u can see on my signature im making an SP rpg, and i wanted
the NPCs to say the player choosen name to make your char more personal -.-

You can store the experience and all that in variables and replace the unit that has the name you desire, but there's no action or function to change names or proper names.
