Is there any way to make a hero treated as a building? (pathing reqs, ect)?

Bump. I've been looking, and I still can't figure out a way to do this.

Would there be a way to trigger it so they couldn't be built on a certain type of terrain?

I don't think the hero properties are actually 'lost', it might not show them, but they might still be there. For example: I had a map where I wanted to have units upgrade into other units, so I turned the units into buildings, set the "upgrades to" variable, and turned them back into 'not buildings'. Even though the "Upgrades to" field didn't show up, they still upgraded in-game normally.

I'm guessing that hero things (like hero abilities) would work the same, just try and set their abilities before turning them into buildings, and see if they still have the abilities in game.
