Hero Ability Wont Appear

I have an issue where I make a custom ability and give it to my Hero as his ability and when I start the game up he doesn't have it as an ability. Whats weird is if I copy and paste the ability a few times and keep renaming it, he will eventually have it as an ability. This has never happened before and I was wondering if anyone knew why its happening.

If is item ability most of them don't show up if is not item tell which is the ability (original one)

You mean you make the abilty in Object Editor?You add it to your hero and still doesn't appear?
