I Have thes weird ugly sharp things on my skin that i do not like at all, I've tried smoothing by alpha but no luck,.

Its a messy alpha channel. You have a bump somewhere in your alpha.

Yea the alphas on the collar thing on the BM look bad alot, don't worry about them. Most of my skins on the BM, I just work with it. The alphas on the normal skin aren't even perfect, so don't worry about it
