If anyone has played DOTA allstars before, or has seen the frozen field spell in this site before. Can you please tell me how to make the spell have levels and each lv being more damage??

Anyway if u have already found the spell on this site matching my desciption, wont u mind giving its address to me?? Cause as u, the pro, have said, yea really cant find it...
