HELP!

ok im really new at this i just downloaded a bunch of skins and when i go to add them to the map all i can do is change the picture. there is no file to change the body can anyone help?!

A little unsure with your question, but I think I know what you mean.

Skins automatically apply themselves to their models. In other words, you dont need to change anything after you've implemented the correct path and the skin.

Try oz02's importing skin tutorial.

how can i be sure of what the path is?

You can out what the skin's path is through WC3 Viewer's tree list view (get searching until you find the skin name) if the skin name doesnt exist in the mpq, its obviously renamed by the skinner.

Just ask me the skin path (give me link) if your having trouble.

Sorry I need help

I'm new by the way, but I did apply the skins to the models and inputted the correct pathings in the import manager, but the skins don't show up in the editor when I restart it and/or the WC3 Viewer. Can you help?

It is the HeroDeathKnightFINAL skin. I dont know why, but I am having trouble with this one. Thank you very much.

Path should be either.

Textures\HeroDeathKnight

or

Units\Undead\HeroUndeadKnight\HeroDeathKnight.blp

If you've got another death knight skin then this skin will obviously not work as only one skin at a time for a model.
