[General] Help with map protection/minimap preview

I use Map optimizer 5.0
When I protect my map, everything is fine. When I change the minimap preview, everything is fine. But when I do both, the game doesn't appear in my custom games folder in-game. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Basicly, I'm asking how to protect a map with a changed minimap preview.

EDIT: Additionally, If I remove the war3map.mmp file, I also cannot protect the map and have it show up in-game.

When releasing my map, I:

1. Copy the unprotected map to a new location
2. Open it with MPQ Viewer
3. Delete the MMP and replace the minimap image in the MPQ
4. Save and close
5. Protect the map using the optimizer

And this works fine for me. Shows the preview as my minimap in the lobby, but the minimap works without issue in game.
