Help with making a TD plz!

hi, im trying to build a Solo TD.
and i got the spawns working.
Timer works, and the spawns walk towards the end where i send them. ( only 2 regions for each player ).

I created a Leaderbord with Life Count = 25 for each player, how do i get that each time a unit owned by player 12(brown) enters the end region, there goes -1 lifes.
