Help with force effect needed!

Can anyone tell me more about force effect. I know that it moves units, and that it's connected to unit's mass. I tryed to use it and it dosen't seem to work. I even set force amount over 10k and still nothing.

Can anyone explain me Mass Fraction and Amount fields?
