Help with Follow

Hi guys i want to know how could this work i want the summoned unit to follow the caster and if the summoned unit is too far he will teleport back How can i make that

Problem is i don't know what to do on the loop because i just used time
I want it to make like GOH it follows you where ever you go

is it just like syllaber's bear, if the bear was too far the bear will blink

set the distance of the bear will blink back to his master and the follow thingy i guess
