Help Uploading A PALM Tree (face palm)

Hey I was trying to upload this lovely palm tree into my map and wasn't able to get it to show-up in game but I can see it in world editor...

YES I did save and re-open world editor
YES I only have 1 variation for my tree
NO I don't know how to make it show up in game

Can anybody help me out?

Have you tried : Art - Has Lightweight Model - False ?
