I'm pretty sure no one would help you for the following reasons
*"Naruto" on the topic heading. No-one makes naruto stuff here. Try WcUnlimited, they love making anime stuff
*Water is impossible to animate. Especially water that turns into a dragon.
*People dont like their head being removed.
