you could copy over all of you custom/modified units to a map of a new size along with all your triggers or you could increase the map size slightly by going to scenario and on the menu that comes down hit map size and current camera bounds. Then use the arrows to increase the map size.

I do not know of any way to change the cliff terrain except maybe going to advanced hitting modify tileset then hitting the drop menu and selecting an entirly new base tileset. Note: this will change most of placed terrain and may cause some unsavory results to independent pathways. Reason being the terrain tiles that are memory=1 cannot be replaced by a coresponding terrain peice of another tileset it the tile memory=2 in that set so it gets replaced with dirt. I think there is a corresponding tileset chart somewhere on the site im not sure. After changing the base tileset check the use custom tileset and put back your original tiles for everything except the cliff tiles. Cliff tiles can only be changed by changing the base tileset. I am not sure if there is a JASS script out there thats more convenient, so it might be worth wild to check it out.

Hope this helps :)

yes you can, just go to game preferences, and map boundaries, and check mark the boxes where it says custom map field and custom camera bounds(or something along those lines) then just click the arrows around the box on the mini window to change the size, but in order for it to work, you have to have all the sides be a multiple of 32.

If i didnt make it clear enough just say so lol

yes it works the copying does but for units just copy the custom unit folder with all your units in it and if you edited melee or campaign units simply right click the ones you modified and hit copy then right click it again and hit paste this moves an exact copy to the custom unit folder. After all your units are in copy it to the new sized map. For triggers hold CTRL and left click all of the folders containg triggers then when their all selected right click hit copy and paste it in the new map. You can use CTRL and select all the regions from the region pallete also but you will have to move them into place.

Advanced->Edit Tileset allows you to use custom tilesets. You can change the cliff types to any two base cliff types that are already together as part of some other tileset, and then change the other terrain types so that you keep whatever terrain types you have. As for making the map larger, I have no idea.

ok the copying the custom unit folder didnt work so then
1.) open opject edito on your map
2.) hit file in the object editor
3.) hit export all custom unit data
4.) save it in you maps folder
5.) open the new map you want the data in
6.) in the map you want the data open the object editor
7.) hit file in the object editor
8.) hit import all unit data
9.) find the .w3o file in your maps folder and open it
tested and works! ^^ this should help you transport your unit data over as for the triggers you can copy those by folders over and that shouldnt take too long.
